Terms of Service

The service

MEAGENT provides informational pages, directories, demos, learning content, and optional credit-powered features such as meagent Harness and SEO audit tools about AI agents, models, and tools. Features may change, be rate-limited, or become unavailable without notice.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping login credentials secure. You must be able to receive email at the address you register, and Google sign-in requires a verified Google email.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or violate these terms.

Credits and refunds

Paid credit packs are one-time purchases added to your MEAGENT account balance. Credits are consumed when you use credit-metered features (for example Harness model steps or SEO on-page audits). Unused credits do not expire while the product remains available, unless we state otherwise at purchase.

Default rule: once credits are successfully credited to your account, purchases are non-refundable, including for partially used packs and for voluntary non-use.

You may request a refund by emailing algoinf@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase if: (1) you were charged more than once for the same order; (2) credits were paid for but never added to your account after a reasonable wait; or (3) a confirmed platform outage prevented any use of newly purchased credits and we cannot restore access. Include your account email, purchase date, amount, and payment reference.

If we approve a refund, we will refund unused credits only (pro-rated where some credits were already spent) via the original payment method when possible, usually within 10 business days after approval. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may lead to account suspension.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no scraping that degrades service, no attempts to bypass usage limits or security, and no uploading malware or others’ private data without permission.

When you submit prompts or generate content through MEAGENT demos, Harness, Agent Hub, or similar features, you must not create, request, or distribute any of the following:

(1) Sexual / NSFW content, including pornography or sexualized depictions of anyone.

(2) Extreme violence or gore intended to shock, glorify harm, or instruct real-world violence.

(3) Hate speech or content that attacks people based on protected characteristics.

(4) Child sexual exploitation or any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including fictional depictions—zero tolerance; we will report as required by law.

(5) Deepfakes or impersonation meant to deceive, defame, commit fraud, or harm another person without a clear lawful and disclosed purpose.

(6) Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other IP, or that uses others’ material without rights.

You are responsible for inputs you send and for how you use outputs. Violations may lead to content removal, credit forfeiture, account suspension, and cooperation with authorities when legally required.

Reporting and moderation

To report prohibited content, abuse, or safety concerns on MEAGENT, email algoinf@gmail.com with the page URL or feature name, a short description, and any screenshots or timestamps you can share.

We review reports in good faith and may remove content, block prompts or accounts, rate-limit features, or refuse service. Automated filters and human review may be used where available; we do not guarantee real-time screening of every prompt or model output. Third-party model providers may also enforce their own policies.

Third-party products

Guides and listings may describe third-party AI products. Brands, pricing, features, and terms belong to those providers. Confirm details on their official sites before you buy or install anything.

When demos call external model APIs, those providers’ terms and privacy policies also apply to the requests you send.

Intellectual property

MEAGENT site content (layout, original copy, and branding) is owned by MEAGENT or its licensors. You may not copy the site wholesale or present it as your own product.

Product names and logos of third parties are trademarks of their owners.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” for informational and educational purposes. We do not warrant that content is complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose. AI outputs can be wrong; review them before relying on them for important decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MEAGENT and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the site or any linked third-party service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
