测试、变更说明、版本号、部署按顺序执行——流程写在 SKILL.md 里，Agent 按同一清单交付。

何时触发（SKILL.md description）

当用户要发版、打 tag 或上线时

Skill 正文里的步骤

  1. 确认目标分支与 semver 版本号。
  2. 跑测试与 lint；失败则修复或中止发版。
  3. 更新 CHANGELOG、打 tag，推送并创建/更新 release PR。
  4. 走流水线部署；验证健康检查，必要时回滚。
